Kevin Fox has been litigating personal injury and medical malpractice cases for over 20 years. He holds the record for the highest verdict ever obtained for an individual client in the State of New York: $212,580,000. The verdict was obtained on behalf of a baby injured at birth through the malpractice of several doctors and nurses.
Mr. Fox has obtained many multi-million dollar verdicts on behalf of his clients and has recovered millions of dollars in settlements for those injured through the wrongful conduct of others. He prepares every case as if it will eventually go to trial. In this way recoveries are maximized for his clients.
Kevin Fox is an innovator in the use of courtroom technology and incorporates modern, scientific, approaches to jury persuasion. He has lectured on topics including, overcoming jury bias, persuasion in the courtroom, focus group research and trial technology.
Mr. Fox holds a Physics Degree from Stony Brook University (1974) and received his Law Degree from Western New England College School of Law (1977). He was an Assistant District Attorney in Suffolk County (1978-1983) concentrating on the prosecution of serious Felony cases. He was a partner in the firm of Russo, Fox & Karl, Hauppauge, NY handling personal injury and medical malpractice cases before starting his new firm in 2005.
